Shipping: We ship to US only. Your orders will be delivered using your choice from the available carriers.

2. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you go to the PayPal site, where you can send your payment.

* Payment does not require you to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account).Papas World Of Products doesn't see your credit card number (it is safely encrypted through PayPal's server), which limits the risk of unauthorized use.

Customers often ask what our return policy is. We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Papa's World Of Products, please call us at 1-352-414-5118 ext 105 . Upon return and receipt of the product(s), Papa's world Of Products will exchang the product if returned within 30 days of delivery receipt, along with all paperwork, parts, accessories, etc, so as to insure full exchange only credit. Cash back refunds only apply if the purchased product is returned within 15 days of date of original delivery receipt.Customer should Include a copy of the dated delivery receipt from shipper with your returned item. Refund will then be mailed to the original delivery address within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. All returned products are to be returned to our Pennsylvania warehouse, located at Papa's World Of Products PO Box 173 Boalsburg PA 16827
Return Policy: (For all other products)
Return Policy for non-defective, non-broken items
Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 30 days. There will be a 20% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.
Returns cannot be accepted after 30 days. There are no returns on catalogs or imprinted items.
Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.
Please contact Customer Service for return authorization before returning merchandise.
If a customer refuses delivery of an item, or the wrong address is given at the time the order is placed and the order cannot delivered, the 20% restocking fee will automatically apply and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Return Policy for broken or defective items
If you receive a broken or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt of merchandise. Do not return merchandise without contacting us first.
If the broken or defective item is over $25.00 your cost, please email us a picture of the damage and we may be able to ship a replacement without requiring a return. Otherwise, we will have to mail pre-paid return shipping labels and wait for the item to be returned to us before we can issue a refund or exchange.
